Property wanted to rent: 2 bedroom apartment with parking in Roquetas de Mar

Hi,

As we have loved and visited Roquetas virtually every year over the last 30 years, and as we are both looking to slow working down, and retire, we are now looking for spending Jan and Feb in Roquetas, Covid restrictions permitting, We are looking for a min 2 bed apartment with, up to 3rd line from the front, preferably between the nature reserve and the Zoraida Gardens with WiFi, air con, parking and outside space or pool area, communal is fine, and, as we would like to bring our dog with us, pet friendly. My question is are we likely to be able to get a long term rental that will suit most, if not all, of our needs. And any idea as to what the cost is likely be?

Any other ideas or suggestions would be welcome.
