Hi, my Husband & I have been visiting Roquetas twice a Year for the past 3 years, renting for 6 week each time.
We would love to find something Long term, Apartment/House. We are here at present for another 5 weeks, any help would be very much appreciated. We would like to find something before we return home end of October.

Hiya...If you wish to rent, BE CAREFUL, and confirm how long, (have it in writing), some 'iffy' people allow you to rent long term, but as the new season approaches, they want you OUT to enable them to bring in maximum rents, sometimes commencing as early as March, so PLEASE tread carefully...🅱️.

To rent long-term means you would need to register as residents if you stay more than 90 days. Is that what you want? If so you really really need to obtain a residency appointment in Almeria City before 31 October - the Johnson Brexit Leave date.

Hi,
Just wanting to understand what long term means? This is directed at anyone really, we talking 3 months, 6 months a year?
We've somewhere we might look to rent out during the winter (2 bed apartment) but unsure of what people are looking for rent period wise. Ours is a little further up in the hills for you guys (Vicar), sorry for hijacking your post.

Thank you for message. Yes long term can mean anything from 3months. We are looking for 12 months with option for another 12 months & so on.
