My parents have a property in RdM and used Zurimar (they bought it 14 yrs ago and Zurimar are still going strong) generally means they are doing something right! They would highly recommend them there. They are based in Serena's and have a website too.

We have tried to sell OUR duplex with ZURIMAR for more than EIGHT years, and as far as we know, Antonio, has NOT showed our property to ANYONE in all of that time!
Had anyone viewed, then our lovely English neighbours,would have informed us...They also have a set of keys for the property!
TOTAL waste of time AND effort!

I can only go off being a purchaser not a seller and I found him to be helpful and accomodating for viewings last minute and with legislation.

Hi Angie, and thank you for your response.
This situation, has been caused by 'Antonio' ONLY showing prosective clients, HIS stock around the coast areas, to sell quicker! Forget our property in the mountain's, it is of NO significance! How else would one describe this scenario?

Zurimar are very nice and honest people,I've used them on a few occasions. Ben from Aves.com is also very nice and honest,I'm using him at the moment, I put my appt. up for sale in March and we are completing in June . I've not used him but Miguel Logmanieh is a big player in the area , I've just purchased a property through Paul Claff from C.M.S property services and he was very nice and helpful,the purchase went through without a hiccup, he sorts everything out as the others do,(water,electricity etc.)

Thank you Dave...As you can imagine, this is VERY frustrating for us, not to get ANYWHERE over all of this time. Maybe someone else can help us on this? Any suggestions...PLEASE advise...
