Is it necessary to get a solicitor when buying a property? Can anyone recommend an English speaking solicitor in Roquetas de Mar area.
Many thanks!

Marge, even if you don't do anything else you need to employ a solicitor to act solely for you. Don't share one with the vendor, estate agent - get your own.
