Hello, my name is Valerie. I´ll be staying here in Roquetas for 6 months and I would like to meet new friends. I actually live in Hamburg, Germany but I was born in Leeds, England. I am a pensioner, very fit and sporty. Perhaps someone knows how I can learn Spanish, could be private or whatever. Otherwise I´m very open-minded and have a pleasant character.

I am learning Spanish through a free app called duolingo, it is excellent and you learn at your own pace!

Hi Valerie yes it is my real name lol I don't live in Spain but have a place in Velez Rubio, I think you will pick the language up a lot in your six months stay enjoy!

Well I am trying but to be quite honest my head is so full of things to do, as for example leaving Spain in May to Hamburg by car!! A nightmare, but my flat ist still full of furniture, hope someone will take over, then back to Spain. Thereafter I can relax and learn the language thoroughy.
