We are staying in Playa Serena in early September and will require PCR testing for our flight home due to the latest government advice. Is there any clinic nearby that can do these tests?

Try the lab above the chemist near La Grappa restaurant or the Doctors next to the chemist.

We had a test at the lab a few weeks ago for our return flight to UK. The test wasn’t a PCR (as government advice on .gov site was at the time also) but was accepted for boarding without problem.
We found that if you check in on line it causes a delay for you at the boarding gate if flying with Ryanair. Easier if you go to the check in desk on arrival at Almeria Airport as they check your paperwork there and give you a slip of paper to show at boarding gate.

Thanks for that good information. There is still some confusion about what test is required but the Transport Minister said it should be a PCR test so that is why I asked. I hope it will be just the fit to fly test you took but just being careful if the advice changes, Cheers

Hi, I need a PCR for Ireland and as I fly Tuesday pm it proving v difficult. Labs closed on Sunday. Saturday too early for 72 hour rule and if I go on Monday labs I phone say it will take 36 hours before results come back. Anyone know the names of lab near La Grappa or the Doctor beside chemist.
Thank you
