Hi - I am at the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I have just recently purchased a place in Roquetas and I am looking to rent it out but I have no idea how to go about it - declaring tax - contract signing etc - does any one have any words of wisdom they would like to share? I live in the uk with obviously no immediate opportunity to vist so I have not even entered the apartment for the first time yet - keys are still with the solicitor.

Hi Di. We live nearby and are looking for somewhere to rent from June. How big is your place? About the rest I can recommend Emma Randle, gestor.
