You have probably done this ourselfbut I entered Modelo 210 Spain on Google Search and there were several posts including a 'how to do'.
Luckily we are Residents.

I know how to do this, but I want the information to fill it in.
Some;information I got saying the 1.1% is now 2% because it's more the 10 years they estimated the value.
That's nearly twice the amount to pay.

Don't.knownif.it.might.be advisable to speak to an agency like CAT SERVICES in La Alfoquia but there would be a fee of course. They are on Google Search.
I though this Tax was on your Income and that IBI was the Property Tax.
Must be so worrying. One of the reasons we Bank offshore with little money in Spain itself.
