I want to claim plusvalia tax back

I have sold my house in Spain. I would like to claim back plusvalia tax.
My solicitor is not interested in helping me.
What about trying CAT SERVICES in La Alfoquia ( on Google Search) or failing that Amanda Oakley of ALO Solicitors, Zurgena.
I did understand though that it is a protracted process and legal fees can wipe out most of the rebate. May be scuttlebutt of course.
