Hello there. With all the rain we’ve been having lately I have now got some damp spots in the ceiling. Think it’s best to seal the entire terrace so no water can seep into the grouting. Any recommendations what’s best? Can anyone recommend a tradesman/Handiman who has the skill / knowledge and has reasonable rates?

Thank you. Will investigate.
Probably hasn't had a sheet of bitumen properly installed under the tiles, Also maybe tiles are cracked. Worth getting a good professional builder. Can be an ongoing problem with flat roofs and apartment terraces.

No cracked tiles. Water seems to leak through the grouting. Am not the only person in our community having issues. Seems the way it was buil

If you have property insurance it could be well worth getting in touch with them. They should send someone out to assess the damage and get it fixed.

Usual with flat roof or terrace . Due to lack of maintenance !
Their get out clause .
It's has now been suggested it could be not the flooring it could possibly be blowing in the chimney vents at the top of the chimney breast . .

I know a good renovation company, maybe they can help you with your problem. All you have to do is ask, they do free visits and free estimates. They move around the whole area of Almeria practically. I hope I have been of help.
