I too am thinking of buying in the area, if anyone comes up with a reply I would also be interested if anyone has any ideas of what the position is as far as British ex-pads after the Brexit transition period at the end of 2020/

Thanks

Hi,

We were having the same issues last October.

We rented an apartment in Palomares for two weeks to be sure we liked the area. We brought our dream apartment with sea views from the Solarium for a bargain 64,000 euros. Palomares has everything we needed and just 18 mins leisurely walk to the beach and cycle tract to Villaracos or Vera playa.

If you need any help or advise? we are here until 16th March.

Hi Grace,

We were cash buyers and brought resale 8yrs old apartment.

We brought it from Spanish Property Choice in Mojacar, they are an English family run estate agency who we highly recommend.  The whole purchase took 5 weeks to complete. They offer the complete package and put you in touch with all the right people and all done in English.

Regards

Martin.

Hi Grace,

We will be in Palomares, from 22nd Sept until mid November in you need any help or advise.

My brother is also looking to buy in Palomares.

We have decided to take out a 5year residency because of brexit and the 90days restrictions on future visits.

Regards

Martin.
