Hi guys.

Does anybody have any info on a complex in Palomares called Jardines De Palomares. Thinking about buying on this complex. Any advice or information would be much appreciated.....good or bad. Cheers.

Davy..

Hi Davy,

We considered buying there last year, but were put off by all the cracks, faded paintwork and

Rusty metal work and generally looked rundown.

However this year it has been recently painted cracks repaired and looks great.

My brother viewed a 1st floor apartment in this complex and it looked lovely and very spacious and large clean underground parking with storage room. He would have brought it for €80,000 put someone beat him to it. We own an apartment in Terrazas de Palomares which overlooks Jardines and this area is peaceful and a convenient walk to beach or town.

Regards

Martin.

Hi all.

My fiancee and I are doing some research into moving over to Spain within the next 5 years. We are looking at either the Murcia or Almeria regions. To my surprise, we have been told that the Murcia region gets very cold in the winter months, during the evening and overnight. With frost most mornings?? They said that central heating is definitely needed when considering buying a property? Could somebody please let me know what the evening and overnight temperatures are typically like in the winter months in Almeria. And if you would need central heating in a property when searching.

Many Thanks.

Darren.
