I have an overgrown bougainvillea . It needs to be taken down to the ground. I am in the UK but my neighbour has a key.  Can anyone help me please?

Hi Pam,

There's a chap called Bob Rudd who styles himself a builder but is really a painter but may be available for odd jobs.

The only other thought is to look in

The Almeria Focus Magazine and Directory under Gardeners. There is an on line version.

Hope that helps in some way.

Best Wishes,

Bob and Sandra

Thank you, I have looked in the magazine and I have tried one of them but he is too busy. I will contact more.  If I could get someone to just cut the trunk to stop it growing that would help.

Hi, it's Bob again. Thinking of going.this coming week. Is it still to be done? If still there do I need to spk to your neighbour for access? Do you have a UK telephone number I can contact you on after I have visited?

Best Wishes,

Bob and Sandra

Hello Bob,

Yes it still needs to be done. If you know when you are going I will contact my neighbour for her to give you the keys.  Have a look and let me know how much I will owe you and I will transfer funds to your account unless you want a cheque.

You will need some loppers I have cutters but I have  feeling they won’t be strong enough for the thicker stems. There are some gloves under the sink.

My mobile is 07928538841

House phone 01853 592 630.

I really appreciate your help..

I will ask my neighbour as soon as you know when you can go. They go out a lot

Best Regards

Pam
