This post that was quoted has been deleted.

As of last Saturday between 0600 and 1000 within 1 kilometre of your home for adults below 70,1000 to 1200 for over 70's and children in the afternoons.Only allowed this once a day and if you don't go out  then you can from 2000 to 2400(?) but apart from that the lockdown rules still apply, only out for essential journeys such as food or going to medical services. As of today(4th May) we are now in Phase I which allows certain shops to open, phases  2 and 3 to follow accordingly until a resemblance of normality is achieved.Hope this helps?

Phase 1 doesn't start until Monday 11th. We're currently in Phase 0.
