Hi. I'm also going to visit UK in a couple of weeks. Yes you do. Proof of 3 jabs or if you've only had 2, the 2nd one needs to be within the past 270 days. I think proof of recovery from Covid is also acceptable. We've had two sets of friends arrive back from UK in the past few days and they were...

... all asked for vaccination certificates.

Thanks for that. πŸ˜πŸ‘

Yes I saw that but thought that was just about not having to fill the form in if you didn't have any of the three documents. Does that relate to certificates aswell then? It does just say they might take your tempurature. I've contacted Aena for clarification and they were no help whatsoever. Thanks for your reply. πŸ˜πŸ‘

They is a person that sits at the end of the 'covid' section at Alicante Airport and there is an automatic temperature reading machine that he monitors. Presumably if you register high you will be stopped.

Thanks but should have said we're flying into Almeria. My husband had the single shot janssen vaccine, then a booster in January. I think this means he is fully vaccinated and his certificate will be valid. Not subject to the 270 day rule. Fingers crossed 🀞

Thanks for your reply 😁

Umm not sure, I think in Spain you are required to have 3 jabs to be fully vaccinated. but I could be wrong, perhaps someone else on here knows the correct dose.

Thanks for the reply. He's not been called for another jab and when I ask to make an appointment on the clicsalud app it says hes not eligible. I suppose he can just get a test done in the UK before we fly back.

Janssen was a single dose jab ,My wife who is younger than me had the two jabs .Then we both got the booster so she had three I had two .We are both fully vaccinated. I am currently in hospital and I had to have a Covid test to come in.Singed by the nurse at the local surgery and she put I was not fully vaccinated.Showing that even medical people get it wrong sometimes.Never stopped my admission to hospital.
