Coming over next week to look at a few properties (ones that need a bit of TLC) and assuming we chose one near by will need a quick course in where to find things, services, and places to relax.

Opening shortly in Oria is castle homes estate agents, there number is 0044 7794176937. They also have offices in velez blanco. They will know of some homes for you.
In Oria we have bars with restaurants, many food shops, 24 hour medical centre, town hall, post office, 2 car repair garages, I paint spraying shop. Tyre repair and replacement garage, school, 2 hardware shops, 1 builders merchant, petrol station with attached carrafore express. Swimming pool but only open July and August. For larger electricity items Albox is you nearest town that has everything and it is about 25 minutes away.
If there is anything I have not mentioned please let me know. The only thing we do not have is a vets but there are 3 in albox.
