I have had to go to dr in Oria who treated me with my E111 card . But he told me I need to register in Albox , I am not a Spanish resident but have a property near Oria . I do not intend getting residencia and am not a pensioner . Do I need to make an appointment at Albox or do I just go there and ask for appropriate form? Do I just take my passport and NIE number and proof of address . Any info will be helpful
usually you can't register as such with the surgery if you are not a resident but if you need to go to the medical centre for treatment you usually take your passport and your EHIC card for treatment. However, after the 1 jan 2021 you will need travel insurance to cover you for any illness.

This is what I thought but dr said I needed to register at Albox

I would think what the doctor meant was you must register with the doctor for non emergency health care, and in order to do that you need to become a permanent resident.
There are private doctors in Albox you can use if it’s ongoing treatment.
