Does anyone know if there is any water in baza lakes.  I have family out next week and weather not looking good.  Any idea were we can go if weather is bad.

there is always water in the lakes for fishing etc.  If weather is bad then you can always go to Lorca or Aguilas to the castles and museums.

Last year the lakes were bone dry you could almost walk from one side to the other.  Thanks for your info.

Some of friends went last week and it was almost completely dried up. Try Cela there is a thermal pool in the center of the town and a few bars etc around it.

Google the directions but it's only about half an hour from Arboleas towards Baza. It's a small town near Tijola.
