Please could someone tell me how the step by step instructions to update my electronic signature on my Santander Bank Account but SMS. the instructions on line do not look anything like the actual page that opens up for this. Also we can only ever get everything to open up in Spanish even when we select English when first logging in.
we want to transfer money into another Spanish Santander bank account and are locked out.
The language issue, use your browser to translate it to English, if Chrome it will be on the right in the address bar, looks like a leaflet or staggered rectangles black and white with a "G" on it, just hover the mouse over it and will say translate.
If locked out you may need to phone them or go into Santander in Albox

My friend has an account at santander in albox and they have a young man who speaks English and helps with on line banking. If you cannot sort it on your own maybe pop into Albox bank
