Hi Rob
Welcome to Mojacar. Sadly, I'm not there all year round to enjoy it, but when I bought my place a couple of years ago, I used a mix of sources for bedding, homewares and furniture, including:
Me and Mrs Jones (agree with all favourable comments elsewhere).
IKEA in Murcia (one trip for smaller items). I then used a company called Furnish in Spain for bigger items - you choose what you want from the catalogue/your nearest UK IKEA and they will collect from Murcia, deliver and assemble. I can't remember the cost, but it was reasonable.
Carrefour Hypermarket. I went to the one at San Javier near the old Murcia airport, but I think there's one in Almeria. There are also some shopping malls near Almeria where there's a Zara Home and various other stores. It's an easy detour if you're flying into Almeria and have a car.
Ferreteria Lopez (of course) in Mojacar and Antas. Despite some others' reservations, I love this shop and always find something I didn't know I needed.
And, as a compulsive browser/bargain-lover, street markets. The bigger ones (e.g. Vera, Garrucha) usually have a few stalls selling kitchenware, curtains, bedding, towels, etc. Also good later in the year for stocking up on fleecy pyjamas and thermal socks for the winter! I'm also a big fan of the Chinese markets, of which there a few in Mojacar, selling all kinds of home and garden essentials.
Enjoy!
Sheila
