I bought a property in April and called Galasa 3 times to figure out how the amounts they were withdrawing from my bank account were being calculated. I also asked if I could create an online account with them so I could monitor myself. While partly my fault because I don't speak Spanish yet, I have heard nothing from them (and have given up trying to speak with someone at their office) and have no idea what to do. Should I go back to the lawyer I used to buy the property and who set up the utilities and withdrawal facility for me. Any suggestions? Thanks, Angela
