Can anyone help with the water company galasa

The helpline does not have any English speaking helpers and in the office they do not speak English.

I need them to email my bill as my post is not being delivered in the Pueblo.

I have emailed them but have had no response

Does anyone know of another number to call to get help

And does anyone know where the post goes when they stop delivering it to mojacar Pueblo

Have you tried registering on the galasa website for virtual office access. This enables you to access your bills and billing data online. The website is in Spanish but can be translated if you are using a laptop

Hello

Yes I have tried to register but it’s asking for an account number that is registered to the account??? I have not registered one as my friend paid the last bill in the office

Just a thought regarding the language barrier problem, hers what I do.

If you put English to Spanish into Google it comes up with two boxes.

Type your question (For example, Please can you help I need to have my water bills sent by email) into the left hand box then the Spanish translation will appear in the right hand box.

I then copy and paste the translation into a word document, print it and take it with me to wherever I need to ask the question.

Its not foolproof but it works for me most of the time.

Hope this helps

I agree that approach works well most of the time and google translate is a great tool. I have tried doing that with Galasa and never got a response to my English or Spanish email query. 😡

Maybe, but I am suggesting to take the printed question into the Galasa office in person not to send the translation in an email. The face to face method usually works for me.

Yes I guess that is the best option. Unfortunately I was trying to get an answer to a problem whilst we are in the UK. I now have virtual office access so can see my bills etc.
