You will need to get water delivered by tanker, not too much of a problem as people use this method to fill pools etc. However, you have your own storage system to maintain, if it's newish probably not going to cost much but if it's old best get it checked out.
In terms of not being 'on grid' for water then you'll have no mains sewage - not sure what type of system you have some have cess pits thast need emptying and some use eco systems that don't
I wouldn't let it put you off unless deliveries prove difficult or expensive depending on geography and access

Hi Chris
Thanks for the info.
We are moving from France where we have had a septic tank with no problems.
We are looking at properties around Bedar and the surrounding area.
No problem glad to help.
Yes - A fosse septic is the same more or less the world over.
I'm in Bedar so happy for you to PM me for any advice if you wish.
Which agents are you viewing with?

Hi Chris
Olive House is one of the agents we are viewing with.
Also Price Brown and VIP.
Richard
We bought through Olive in 2017.
Bedar has had a run on sales since March 2018 and it's not really stopped since then, El Pinar similarly - no where near the numbers sold have been brought to market but still places out there
Have viewed a couple of places with VIP
Never had anything to do with price Brown but they have some good stock so to speak
As said happy to discuss

We are Viewing 3 properties in El Pinar in 2 weeks time with Olive.
Have spent 2 winters in Mojacar but not sure if too busy to live there in the summer.
Have driven round the area but any info you can give us about El Pinar would be appreciated.
