Filling my swimming pool

Hi All

Due to a massive flood a few weeks ago caused by a burst water main I had to empty my pool and replace the pump. The pool has been empty for four weeks.

I have heard that you can phone Galasa and they will allow you to fill the pool from the main at a reduced rate? Does anyone know if this is true and also what number I need to call. My Spanish is basic at present although improving week by week but maybe not to a stage where I can effectively communicate over the phone. Is there an English option ? Also does anyone have any advice regarding filling the pool? I have been told all my tiles will pop. I understand if I continually spray the pool with a hose that will reduce the risk. Any other advice
