Hi

We arrived in Mojacar mid January and wish to stay until the end of June 2019.

Could anyone give us some guidance on what we need to do to extend beyond the

90 day permitted period.

Thanks for your help.

Richie

Hi,

According to previous posters at or about 90 days you require to process for a Residencia/s.

You can contact;-

www.citizensadvice.org.es for.formal guidance or a service such as C.A.T. SERVICES, La Alfoquia or GL EXPAT SERVICES, Turre. Both on Google Search. Also any Solicitor. GL respond to e mails but with CATS suggest you telephone.

Hope it all works out,

Saludos,

Bob and Sandra

Since the UK will not be leaving the EU until 29 Mar at earliest then the 90 day period cannot start before then.  You therefore should not need to do anything unless you wish to extend your stay further.
