Richard Miller of Pineapple Kitchens. Worked on the kitchen & bathrooms of our 2 properties. He is booked to October but would certainly give you an estimate. He is an absolute perfectionist. I know that as have mild OCD AND I COULD NOT FAULT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. He was a kitchen fitter in UK before moving out here.

He has also done tiling for us as well as electrical and plumbing related to work

So can certainly recommend him.

Richard is unusual in that we normally don't use Brits & certainly not Coastal firms which tend to be more expensive.

In respect of AC here's a cautionary tale. In and around MOJACAR 3  separate AC Companies told our friend that the AC system in his shop was US. The quotes started at 1600€. Our Spanish Registered professional in Puerto Lumbreras fixed it in 15min replacing a condenser!!!!!!! So incompetence or otherwise??????!!!!!!

Domingo is excellent and again does our AC, Solar, electric & plumbing at both properties. 110% recommendation
