Can anyone recommend: electrician for rewiring of house and solar system

i please need a really good electrician, who would be able to take a look at the wiring in our house, we have got a new solarsystem ,but that company has really messed up everything, we had asked them before the installation of the new ,more powerful solar system to check if it is safely possible with our existing wiring in the house, as they confirmed it is , we had them install the new powerful system , already by first time connecting it some wire melted and as result some parts of the building are without power since that. We than had a solar specialist checking the solarsystem and pointed out right away that the wire for the batterie connection is wrong, and some more addjustments also should be made to get full power of the system. (But they come from Alicante) Can anybody recomend a really good person for that ? We dont like to end up in a similar mess then with the installer of our new system, and the person needs to speak english please as my spanish is not sufficient for all this details. thank you
