I have a small house in mojacar playa with all the amenities you are looking for.
It's currently booked until 12th July but will be available from then until beginning of September.

Hopefully we will get back in touch currently we have 2 viewing on our uk property if sold, we will be able to stay our longer, Mojacar Playa us where we want to be.
