I am posting on behalf of a Spanish acquaintance. She has a property available for long term rent on the Urbanisation Huerta Nueva, in Los Gallardos, near to Mojacar, Almeria. The property is a townhouse. I am given to understand that it has a lounge-diner, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a separate toilet. There is a garden and a community pool. There is some basic furniture currently in the property. The asking price for rent is 450 Euros per month, with bills on top. Please note: I have not seen the property myself so can not provide any further details.
