Hi Barbara, that would be fine. We are on the first floor so you would need to come and visit to check you are happy with the safety for your little one but we have young kids and they are fine holidaying here. We charge E375 a month plus bills. Best wishes, Mandy
Hi we are looking for a minimum of a two bed apartment to rent on a long term basis. Preferably with a communal pool. We have young children, no pets. Has anyone got any properties suitable?

Hi Orlane, I'll get back to you later today about ours in Palomares. I need to discuss the rental price with my wife Victoria who controls these things but she's out at work.
PS the reason it is available from April and not before is that we are visiting again in March and need to get the airconditioning checked and serviced, sort out TV and internet, complete the curtiains, pictures & furnishings from Ikea in Murcia (including changing the double bed in the 2nd bedroom for 2 singles) and sort out the rental licence with our lawyer.

Hi Orlane, the rental price will be €475 a month plus bills. But I do recommend you continue to look and ask around. We completed on the property in December and I've only been once since then, so until we complete our visit next month we won't be 100% sure what still needs doing, fixing or replacing before it's ready to rent out.

In case people are still looking, our property in Palomares that I posted about earlier in this thread has now been rented for the next 6 months.
