I.knowvwhst you mean about the sites as my wife was looking.for ones near ours ages ago. Think she tapped.in private property for rent mojacar or private apartments. Actually the number if such appear to have dropped with the new regulations. PC Playa Mojacar have a villa to rent but think they were asking 1200€/wk.

Hi,.It's rented through Mojacar Estates apparently. The address would be

Apt 3, Block 1, Pueblo Altico, Calle Rambla, Mojacar Playa. I have only been in once &'it struck me as unimpressive.

But.for a week or so??????!!!!!!

Good evening Bob & Sandra,

Sorry to bother you again, I've been in contact with the agents for the appartment below you. Not sure of our visit yet, I've been trying to work out exactly where the property is situated. If I'm at the Mojacar roundabout looking up the road to Mojacar Pueblo the shopping centre is to the right, are you on the left ? Along the road a short way. I've used googl Earth but the pictures are quite old.

Hi,

Glad you are progressing. You are heading in the correct direction. You are heading along Paseo de Mediteraneo. I think 1/2 and Sandra closer to 1km. From the roundabout.and on the right Parador Hotel, then a little further Dia supermarket (used to be El Arbol) and then Ferateria LOPEZ. This is where you turn right onto Calle Rambla. 50m and a right.turn but.stay straight ahead. At this coroner starts the 2 blocks of Pueblo Altico.
