Hi everyone.
We are in the process of buying a property at Marina de le Torre complex which is "sold as seen". We are reading this as "buyer beware". When viewed if had no electricity or water which I guess is usual for a long standing empty property. I need a builder or good handyman to replace the ceiling tiles in the bathroom and fit some spots in there. Does anyone know anyone reliable and good of course.

Hi. We also have an apartment there. The best person to talk to is the concierge who is called Domingo
He lives on the complex and does some work for residents or will know the right person to get the work done.
Thank you for help with that. How do we find/contact Domingo should we need his help once we arrive? We do need a couple of tiles on the staircase replaced and the bannister rail re fixed. Is that something the Domingo could sort via the management company? Looking forward to meeting neighbours soon.

Hi Domingos number is 677560698. Yes that sounds like the kind of stuff he does. Once there you will see him or the 2 assistants around every day
