Moving To Mojacar In September

I am moving to Mojacar in September and I can not wait, was always a dream on mine for years and its becoming a reality,
unfortunately its on the back on a marriage split but I know I am going to make friends in Spain. I am looking for a .long term rent 12 months in the pueblo area or playa area but must have views , I have a good budget 2 bedrooms plus with a large outside space / balcony . I do especially like the Puerto marina apartments with their amazing views. If anybody knows of a property becoming available in September please just let me know willing to consider villas and apartments and penthouses
