buying a flat in Cumbres I

hi ..... i am thinking of buying a flat in the block of cumbres I

its at the top of cardiac hill..... would you take this plunge or would that hill put you off?

i know you can drive up there or walk the steps up but it seems such a long way up... 

do you think tourists would like it up there? the views are amazing (once the cranes have gone) 

just looking for opinions on this one....

and does anyone know of any other reasons this may not be a good idea...
