Missing Pension Payments / WORLDLINK

I am trying to help my mother. She seems light on paperwork and does not know her pension provider (in UK). On her bank statement past payments show as "PENSION-WORLDLINK" - a payment gateway. I am trying to contact them to establish the originator of pension payments that have ceased for no reason. I cannot find any contact details for WorldLink. Cajarmar Bank seem to just wash their hands and cannot help. I believe WorldLink are owned by Citybank. When I contact them they seem vague, it is someone in the States and again I cannot find any sensible email address or phone numbers. Any bright ideas??

Hi, My pensions are also paid through Worldlink but they are from two different pensions one of which is the Uk oap.

Is she an oap in which case she needs to contact .gov.uk If it is from a private pension then Im not sure how to go.

Worldlink is a gathering banking operation that Pension payers use as they say we get a better exchange rate because of volume

this is where our state pensions come from sometimes they send a letter to the pensioner to confirm you are still alive and the pension is frozen if they don't get a response. maybe your mother has had this or not received it and the department for pensions has frozen payments. contact the department for work and pensions in the UK.
