Where is the nearest Hospital to Mojacar?

Theres a large hospital in Huércal-Overa, about half hour northeast of Mojácar / Mojácar Pueblo, they have A&E and a Helipad so should be big enough to have the expertise there to help you.

You could send them a message to check they are au fait with the particular intervention needed esp. if it's a rare condition.

Having EHIC and ID photocopies in various bags/wallets will help them book you in quickly, and boarding passes+holiday insurance helps tell them you are on holiday and not living here trying to fiddle healthcare

Huércal is a good place to visit and reassure her where the hospital is at the start of your trip, there's a good bar opposite the hospital car park

Just out of interest, what is the number over there for calling an ambulance, it's probably something i would do if really needed ?
