Now living in Mojacar as residents, we would like to know of an English speaking doctor with whom we can register.

are you on the Spanish system or private insurance? if on the system you will be allocated a doctor when you register at the medical centre and you will not get an english speaker they expect you to bring an interpreter with you if you don't understand them. If private it will be the insurance company who provide the doctor and there is one in Parque Commercial who does speak english.
