Looking for yoga/meditation classes in Mojacar and surrounding areas

Hi Jon, my wife Ashlí runs group Yoga in Vera.  Beginners Yoga on Wednesday, Yin Yoga on Friday, both 20:30 to 22:00. (As from mid September, she will also be restarting her advanced Ashtanga class on a Monday night)

Edit 8/9/2018.  Ashlí is fully certified to teach the full Ashtanga primary series and Yin yoga.  She is also a qualified Naturopath recognised and certified by the Spanish Authority OCN-FENACO

I´m hope  this will be of interest to you...I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher and have a Yoga class in Mojacar at the Sports Centre up in the pueblo (where the Wednesday market is). Classes take place every Monday and Friday from 11.00-12.00. Usually afterwards anyone who is free goes over the road for a coffee at the little cafe there. I have a really lovely, very friendly group of Yoginis of all ages and levels of experience.  You are most welcome to come along and try a class to see if it is the style of Yoga that suits you. Yes - VAVA Yoga is situated in Residencial Vera-Mar, opposite Mercadona in Vera pueblo, in between the butcher and the pharmacy.

Shop is open 10:30 - 14:00 and 17:30 - 20:00 Monday to Friday (10:30 - 13:30 Saturday), with yoga on Monday evening at 20:30, Wednesday at 07:45 (Ashtanga), 09:15, and 20:30; Friday Yoga is 09:00 and 20:30, Saturday Yoga is 14:00 to 15:00.

As from May 6th, another Monday and Wednesday class will be introduced from 19:00 to 20:00

VAVA Yoga provides mats, blocks and belts for use, but also stocks a wide range of Yoga products for sale, including mats, blocks and belts if you want your own.

Hi Sharon, prices are 8€ per casual class, or you can buy a 4 Class Pass for 30,00€ (7,50 € a class), a 6 Class Pass for 36,00€ (6€ per class) or a 10 Class Pass for 50,00€ (5€ per class)
