Year round rental wanted

I am looking for a year round rental with 2-3 bedrooms around Vera, Mojacar or Garrucha. With an enclosed private garden. Can be ground floor apartment, duplex or house. We can go upto a budget of approx €900 per month. I have daily emails from Idealista and ThinkSpain and I'm searching the local agents that I know of but if anyone knows of anything suitable then please let me know.
We are residents, I have a work contract and my partner is self employed with proof of income.
