Could anyone advise.
Is it more popular, to rent or buy a Town House in Mojacar?
Always rent for several weeks before you even think of buying . . . . . . . you heard it here first!

Personally I would rent for a year first in order to experience the changing face of Mojacar, February is very very different from August!
Yes rent until you know the area - if you already familiar then I'd say look to buy and dont waste the rent money as you'll need for all the purchase tax!!
