I can recommend 2 excellent people who cover this sort of work. One is a lady I use who acts as keyholder for many owners and will carry out property checks, pre and post stay cleans, laundry service and babysitting.  She is fully bilingual and has her own transport.  Her cleans are top quality. The other is a gentleman with many years experience of caring for gardens. He is a true horticulturalist and, again, provides a top class service. Both these people are completely reliable and trustworthy; I have no hesitation in recommending them 100 %, absolutely without reservation.  Please pm me if you would like further details.

When I lived in the UK I used a site called ´MIND YOUR HOME´. They are people (who are vetted) who will come and stay in your home, look after animals etc for lengths of time. They do not cost you anything as they just do this for a living. I used three or four lots of people before moving to Spain and found them all fine. 

Try them. There will be come who would love to come to Spain and live for a few months. Good Luck!!
