Best/ cheap maintenance man for air conditioning unit

Hi. Out for a few weeks shortly. My parents haven't been for a while due to ill health and last time the air con unit (single in the bedroom) in their apartment wasn't working well. Does anyone have any contacts for a reasonable but good maintenance man please - we could then see if they can come out and look at it when we are there. Thanks, Emma
