Hi folks,

Thanks very much for allowing me onto your forum. 

I've just about completed the NLV process and looking to initially rent in Mojacar to see if I can settle in. I'm 62, and hoping for a new start on my own following a few disastrous years in the UK. Probably, like most singles, I have feelings of trepidation about it!

 My hope is that I can make some new friends and integrate into the community ... as I'm sure many have before me.

If anyone could give me a few general pointers I would be very grateful.
