WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TRAVEL TO ALMERIA FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT

Google maps will give you the best route, bear in mind it is a good journey, so prepare for this, e.g. Fill up On petrol/ diesel. put in destination, and off you go. Enjoy!

Hi, we haven't got a car, 1st time in Almeria. 

Hi kath, I took the bus down from alicante bus station ,it took about 4 hours but was ok... they stopped several times on the way for toilet breaks and cigarette breaks....I suppose it depends on what time your flight gets in though whether you want to spend so long on the bus...it cost about 18 euros so that wasn't too bad either...maybe there is a hoppa bus that goes down I'm sure it'll be on their website...good luck..

At the risk of sounding flippant, why not fly to Almeria instead?

Second that last post, Alicante region is due another bout of awful weather, gota fria, fly to Almeria.

There aren't any flights to almeria in November unless you live near Gatwick....it's an absolute pain...😣

I travel to Almeria many times per year and I usually have to travel by plane to Gatwick, where I stay overnight and then take a flight to Almeria next morning.  It would be easier and less expensive for me if I could travel to Alicante and catch a bus to Almeria Can I catch the this bus from Alicante airport?

I don't know you could get a flight in the UK in November. 

We are flying from Newcastle which is closer to where we live in the UK
