Washing machine repair??

What are the symptoms

Thank you for your message. The machine is a top loader, purchased a year ago. It has started making a loud knocking noise when it is going into and coming out of a spin cycle? Thanks again. 

Ok , sounds like that will need engineer , I’m not at all familiar with top loaders , there’s a company , called ponce in garrucha , I don’t have his details but someone will come up with phone number I’m sure

If you bought it here a year ago new, it ought to have a guarantee.  Guarantees are for 2 years (unless you pay extra for a prolongation, like 5 years).  Of course you'll have to show your receipt of purchase.

Ponce is in little repair shop on a corner behind Mercadona in Garrucha.  He charges for the call out, guarantee or not I think.
