Hi
Would appreciate suggestions for best route to Eurotunnel from Mojacar with overnight stop overs.
Several ferry cancellations so far and really need to get back to UK.
Thank you

Hi John
Can I suggest you read this thread, its full of good information.
regards,
Hi we’re looking to do the same once able but in the opposite direction.
I’ve found this site useful as it suggests a number of routes through France
https://about-france.com/tourism/routes-to-spain.htm
Also Via Michelin is a decent site as it again suggests various routes and gives you an estimate of fuel and tolls costs.
https://www.viamichelin.co.uk/web/Routes
We’re looking at going via Rouen, Le Mans, Bordeaux, Burgos, Albacete, Mojacar. Doing it over 3 days with overnight stops in Bordeaux and Burgos.
Hope this helps
Dave

We came that way in Feb. From Le Harve. Picking up your route at Le Mans A great run through a France. Which I was dreading. Stayed at Hossegor, then Arganda del Rey. Then Mojacar. Would reccomend

Can I ask. What route you have decided in as that helps us all here too. It may help us all get it down to a tee. Lol.

We shall be taking our usual route as though to the ferry port in Bilbao.
Murcia, Albecete, Madrid, Burgos and then heading up into France stopping at a very nice hotel in Perigaux. Onwards then towards Rouen and then the Chunnel.
However, we have just contacted Brittany Ferries who say that they expect passenger sailings too recommence from the beginning of July so just might chose that option instead.
Stay safe folks and hasta luego.

Hi can I ask how long it took you from Le Harve to Hossegor? We’re on an overnight ferry to Dieppe, so not too dissimilar.
Also would you recommend Hossegor? We were thinking Bordeaux as want to try and fit in a bit of sightseeing but Hossegor looks nice.
Plan is to do most of drive on first and last day to free up some time in the middle.
Thanks
Dave
