Does anyone have experience or know about car parking charges at an airport car park during the lockdown period.... do they charge the full parking time includinglockdown even though you couldn’t collect the car! ..... or do they take the fact you couldn’t collect the car into consideration when giving you the bill so you don’t have to pay the full sum for the term?

We didn't actually park at the Airport but used Plane Parking. We had thought we were only going to be away for two weeks in February but unfortunately due to lockdown we were away for five months. They charged a Euro per day after the inital two weeks.

Thanks for your response....Our car was left with an airport parking co. But it been there since early Feb. Pick up soon I hope, so as I’ve not heard cost from parking co Hope I get a smaller bill!.
Hi,
We have a annual contract with Victoria Parking at Alicante airport which was up for renewal last month. I did ask if there was a discount as we have not been able to visit Spain but the answer was no.
I don't think this is unfair as the car has been there all the while and they were helpful and offered to check my tyre pressures if I cannot get back for some time.
They also offer a interior covid clean (at a additional cost) for those who want it.
