Golf El Cortijo Grande

Hi hope someone out there can help. We were over on an extended stay in May and were told that the El Cortijo Grande golf course had been sold and would be opening possibly late this or early next year. Has anyone else heard this, or is it wishful thinking. Were were staying in Cabrera.
