Jet 2 Website Problems
I hear people are having problems accessing Jet 2's website and the on line check in facility.
I think I have solutions to a couple of common issues.
When I try to get on the site I get a "Access Denied From This Server" message. I use AVG Anti Virus softwear including VPN. If I manually disable the VPN then the site lets me on! So if you are having the same trouble try disabling any VPN that might be running.
I also had a problem when I tried to do my on line check in for my return flight. To access your details you have to enter Booking Reference, Surname and Departure date. I was putting in my departure date from Spain which it would not recognise - you have to put in your departure date from the UK even though this may be several weeks in the past.
