Hi , I booked flights with Aegeon through an agent called Expedia some months ago , they were cancelled apparently by Aegeon , you would think thats pretty normal given covid situation , these flights were to Athens from Malaga in September this year 2021. They told me they were not booking flights in September , my whole point in booking them so far in the future was to hope that all would be good by then (i booked them in January 2021) . they told me that i could have vouchers or my money back , so i asked for my vouchers because they told me they had up to 12 months to refund my money !! they sent me voucher numbers , but when i try to get into finding out about my vouchers there website will not allow me on , Expedia say they are only the booking agent and to get onto Aegeon, in short it looks like i have lost my £318.00 , as they also do not reply to emails of phone calls , be warned !!
